Leon 99 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

OPS

'Select supplier' functionality (available when right-clicking on the flight) will have an option to select the supplier (i.e. Catering or PAX transport) via the handler. This will allow selecting which service should be organized by a handler
The visiting address will be automatically filled in for Jersey & Guernsey GAR in the following order: 1. Crew Hotel selected in the Checklist; 2. Crew home address if crew Home Base is either Jersey or Guernsey; 3. 'Visiting Address' in the GAR mail window. For PAX, it will be the 'Visiting address'

'OPS & CREW' tab will also be available for Subcharters. More information here
Colour indicators in the main 'Requests/Quotes' view. More information here
Scanning PAX passports will be improved: 'Gender' & 'Place of birth' fields will be added right after scanning. Additionally, it will be possible to upload the scan in the PDF format
When creating a new PAX account, Leon will automatically assign it to the Requester's profile

CREW PLANNING

Hotel booking status in the 'Crew Timeline' will be indicated by its color. More information here
Possibility to define crew endorsements per a tail. More information here
In the 'Crew Calendar' panel, it will be possible to assign crew to the 'Duty on the Aircraft' on multiple tails. More information here
It will be possible to automatically add a day off after vacation. More information here
When assigning temporary crew to the aircraft Leon will allow it also for aircraft positions other than the default ones

REPORT WIZARD

New columns will be added to the scope 'Quote': 'Route type' (One way, Round trip, Multileg) & 'Booking date UTC'
A new filter option will be added to the scope 'Quote': 'Date Range type' > 'Booking date'
