Leon 100 released

We have recently initiated the deployment of a new version of Leon. Over the next coming days, customers will gradually transition to the updated version. If you encounter any functions that are not working as expected, please notify us via the Customer Portal.

CREW PLANNING

• Possibility to define if the specific endorsement is required on the private or commercial flight will be added to the "Endorsements Configuration" panel
• The new field "Country of issue" will be added to the "Personal Endorsements" section. This functionality will be very useful in case of the integration with PNR GO and sending the data to different Border Agencies
• The ability to define the minimum number of the required crew assigned on the maintenance positions on the flight will be introduced. It will work in the same way on the "Crew Timeline" view as for the cockpit and cabin crew positions
• The "OBS" position will be added to the simulator pop-up window
• The "Show drafts in Crew Calendar" option will be introduced in the "Privileges" > "Settings" tab. It will allow disabling the "Draft" view in the "Crew Calendar" panel for the specific user group in the "Privileges" section

OPS

• Option "Via Handler" will be added to the "Select Suppliers" window. More information here

REPORT WIZARD

• The new filtering option "Commander Discretion" will be added to the "Report Wizard" section to the "FTL" scope. It will allow displaying only that FTL periods, where the "Commander Discretion" option would be used

NEW PHONEBOOK

• A possibility of editing the passports and visa documents directly from the "New Phonebook" panel
• The new field "City" will be added to the contact details. Required for the integration with the PNR GO

SCHED

• The new "Sched" version will be released. All Customers will be sequentially migrated from the old to the new "Sched" panel and the data will be migrated. More information here

OTHER

• The new Trip type "Frequent flyer" will be added
• Change of the existing colors of the flights in the "OPS" panel, from now the "Non-commercial", "Flight for Owner" and the "Frequent flyer" flight types will be marked in blue
• A new setting called "Admin - Privileges" in the"Privileges" section will allow configuring the "Admin" user, for whom access to the "Privileges" panel will be disabled
• The possibility of adding the reservation for a virtual aircraft in the "OPS Calendar" and "OPS Timeline" section
