Leon 185 released

We have recently initiated the deployment of a new version of Leon. Over the next coming days, customers will gradually transition to the updated version. If you encounter any functions that are not working as expected, please notify us via the Customer Portal.

OPS

• We have improved the integration with ForeFlight by adding the ability to configure the Flight Time Threshold parameter. More information here
• We have modified the Journey Log closure functionality. More information here
• We have added a new fuel item to the Journey Log called Indicated Fuel

Crew

• In the Crew Calendar section, we have changed the logic for displaying the arrow (→) spanning two days. Now, the arrow (→) will be visible when a crew member's duty, rather than the planned flight schedule, crosses midnight
• In the Crew Timeline section, we have added a switch to enable or disable warnings related to the SAFTE-FAST integration analysis

Crew Training

• In the Airport Directory, under the Brief / Training section, we have added the option to define the required number of landings at an airport to maintain Airport Recency
• In the Qualifications → Travel Documents section, we have added the ability to export travel documents to an Excel file

Sales

• We have enhanced the SHARE THE TRIP functionality with additional details, such as aircraft information and passenger information
• We have introduced a new pricing element in the aircraft price list Taxi Time Fee, calculated based on taxi time
• In the Bookings view, we have added the ability to send catering and passenger transport requests for subcharter flights

Admin

• In the Default Invoice Data section, we have added a field for entering the bank name. This field is available in document template editing and can be used, for example, in invoice templates
• AI Assistant in Documents Manager – a new feature allowing users to modify document templates independently. This functionality does not require coding knowledge, as changes are made by issuing open-text commands to the AI Assistant. More information here
• We have added the ability to edit the names of existing email templates

Crew App

• We have enabled push notifications in the mobile app when any value in the FUEL checklist is modified

Airport Directory

• In the Details section, we have added information about the airport's membership in a metropolitan group (e.g., LFPB in the Paris Group), if applicable
• In the Suppliers section, we have added an Address field for entering supplier address details
• In the Details section, we have added information about the airport's participation in the RefuelEU program

In addition to the features mentioned above, changes have been made to Leon API, which can be reviewed in the provided changelog.
