Leon 183 released

We have recently initiated the deployment of a new version of Leon. Over the next coming days, customers will gradually transition to the updated version. If you encounter any functions that are not working as expected, please notify us via the Customer Portal.

OPS

• Added a "Diverted" column to the OPS Table.
• Added a switch in the OPS Timeline view to control the display of overlapping activities (separate rows or fixed row height). More information here.
• Added the ability to manually send flights to FliteBrief.
• Added the ability to manually send flights to N-Flight Planning.
• Added the ability to mark airports as part of the RefuelEU program, with configurable checklist items and support in Report Wizard. More information here.
• Introduced a "Swap Aircraft" function in the OPS Timeline for easy aircraft swapping on selected flights. More information here.

Crew

• Added a field for "Job title" in crew tooltips on the Crew Calendar.
• Added an option to disable the automatic assignment of crews to unconfirmed flights in the auto roster feature. More information here.
• Added a setting to prevent crews from editing report times from the Crew App.
• Added the ability to attach files to hotel reservations, making confirmation details accessible in the Crew App.
• Allowed booking numbers to be entered for hotel reservations.
• Enhanced the process for duty creation in the Crew Calendar, limiting available duties based on crew permissions.
• Improved the Assign Crew window loading times for faster crew planning.
• Included the type of position in the duty information window for better auto roster management.
• Standardized naming conventions between flights and simulators.

Crew App

• Added support for the American date format across various views.
• Sorted documents alphabetically in the Manuals tab.

Sched

• Added a filter by weekday for rotation start in the Fleet Planning view.

Sales

• Added a filter for aircraft in the RFQ list to ease RFQ searches.
• Implemented the calculation of Danish Air Passenger Tax.

Phonebook

• Allowed the definition of default passports for country groups, such as Schengen or EU.
• Enabled account assignment to operator bases/offices as a precursor to restricting data access based on offices.

Admin

• Added a feature to copy permissions between permission groups for quicker setup.
• Displayed changes in API key settings, showing who and when modifications were made.
• Introduced a method to create new aircraft by duplicating an existing one and assigning a new registration number.

In addition to the features mentioned above, changes have been made to Leon API, which can be reviewed in the provided changelog.
