Leon 137 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

SALES

• BOOKINGS – preset option in the 'AIRCRAFT' filter will be added. It will work in the same way as the aircraft preset in the OPS sections
• AVINODE INTEGRATION – subcharter 'Operator price' will get updated automatically once change is made by the operator in Avinode
• INVOICES - it will be possible to show fees on 'Proforma Invoice' only. The option is available in the 'Admin' panel > 'General Settings' > 'Sales Module' > 'Invoices & Credit notes'
• INVOICES - invoices will be sent to all billing email addresses predefined in the requester`s profile
• REQUESTS/QUOTES – it will be possible to select the 'Other fees' element within the quote in the 'Add new fee' list. 'Other fees' is not available in the 'Fees' setup and the value isn't calculated automatically

OPS

• EMAIL TEMPLATES - when sending an email from the OPS module, attachments predefined in email templates will now be included
• COUNTRY DATABASE - initial version of 'Country database' will be introduced. It will be possible to define which country require overflight permit. This feature will be continuously developed in the future Leon releases
• SSIM - it will be possible to export SSIM file from OPS module. The option is available in the "burger" menu, at the bottom-right corner of the OPS module
• GENERAL SETTINGS/FLIGHT EDITING - it will be possible to define default ICAO flight type for a particular trip type. The option is available in the Admin panel > 'General Settings' > 'Flight editing' > 'Trip type settings'

CREW

• AIRCRAFT POSITIONS - new tab 'UAV' will be added. It will be possible to assign single person to multiple positions. Functionality is designed for 'drone' operators
• CREW QUALIFICATION FILTER – it will be possible to hide qualifications which never expire using 'Show perpetual certificates' option
• INTEGRATIONS- certificates that have not been issued to a crew member in external system, will not appear in the 'CREW' > 'QUALIFICATION' section

CREW APP

• When passenger is traveling with different travel document for departure/arrival, crew app will show both of documents

OTHER

• EMAIL TEMPLATES – a new section ‘File’ will be added. It will be possible to upload images for future usage in the template
• AIRPORT DIRECTORY – a new section ‘Internal notes’ will be added to tab ‘Notes & Files’. Internal notes field will not be available in ‘Document Manager’. 'Internal notes' will appear in the tooltip when hoover the mouse over the airport code in the 'OPS' module
• GENERAL SETTINGS - ‘Trusted Ips’ setting will be moved from tab ‘General’ to ‘Security’
• GENERAL SETTINGS – ‘Phonebook settings’ will be moved from tab ‘Sales Module’ to newly created ‘Phonebook’ tab
