Leon 136 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

SALES

• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it will be possible to create a quotation for a trip that has already been added to the OPS panel. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - extra validation will be added to prevent the saving of quotes with overlapping legs
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - when adding a passenger to the flight using the OCR scanning feature, it will be possible to select the account to which the passenger should be assigned. By default, the passenger will be assigned to the account of the requester
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it will be possible to define a list of people in the client's account phonebook section who should receive copies of all sent quotes requested by the client. The 'Quote recipients' option is available in the Client's profile > 'DETAILS' tab

OPS

• TABLE/CALENDAR/TIMELINE - a new color scheme will be added to the 'Flight Change' feature in the OPS sections in order to ensure the integrity of Leon's status colors. More information here
• In the 'Aircraft Filter' window, it will be possible to save and store the pre-set filter configurations for quick access to the most frequently used combinations of filtering options. More information here
• A new aircraft type, UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), will be added to Leon. The crew assigned as operators for this type of aircraft will not activate the 'Airport discontinuity' warning

CREW

• FTL - If the period of rest is greater than two weeks, Leon will display the exact time
• CREW QUALIFICATIONS - it will be possible to export data from all three tabs to an Excel file
• TIMELINE - it will be possible to add the duty on aircraft in the same way as in the Crew Calendar view

OWNER BOARD

• If the trip type is 'Frequent Flyer', the name of the client will also be displayed in the 'i' section

REPORT WIZARD

• In the 'Flight' section, it will be possible to filter flights based on the occurrence of particular checklist item(s)

OTHER

• PRIVILEGES - it will be possible to set individual access to the OPS sections, such as 'Custom Airports', 'Fuel Prices', and 'Home Base Handling Request'
• ADMIN PANEL - the configuration of checklist items will be moved to a separate, dedicated section called 'Checklist Configuration'. It will also be possible to configure email request options for the checklist items in this section. More information here
