From the point of contracting, sourcing, ordering, and confirming services through to invoice reconciliation, compliance, and reporting; EJS provides oversight and automation, thus returning additional time to operators’ dispatch and finance teams allowing them to focus on other tasks essential to the successful management of their trips.
The enhancement of Leon integration allows full details of the supplier and pricing combinations selected by EJS, within Meteor for each flight, to be automatically populated within Leon; along with notifying that the fuel has been ordered, confirmed, and a copy of the fuel release attached. This automation sees these details transferred in real-time and automatically included on the ‘Crew Tripsheet’, saving an operator considerable administration time while ensuring they benefit from the best pricing option available.
Post-flight, the integration automatically updates trip specific information recorded in Leon(including fuel uplift volumes and delivery tickets) with Meteor. Invoices can then be reconciled to ensure compliance on pricing, uplift volumes, and taxes; any anomalies identified will be managed by the team to minimise and correct any overspend. Saving Operations and Finance teams considerable administration.
