Leon 189 released
We have recently initiated the deployment of a new version of Leon. Over the next coming days, customers will gradually transition to the updated version. If you encounter any functions that are not working as expected, please notify us via the Customer Portal.
Admin
- A new interface for configuring crew Currency has been introduced. It offers a more user-friendly view and allows for granular setup of each crew position, whereas previously it was defined only for groups (e.g. Captains, Officers).
- It is now possible to define the region “EN” or “US” for a user's base. This enables operators with bases in both the US and Europe to display dates in the appropriate format. Previously, this setting was only part of the operator's configuration.
Airport directory
- It is now possible to attach files to the airport category section.
Crew
- A new field for entering the PNR number in hotel bookings has been added.
- New filters and columns have been added to the "Crew Qualifications → Travel documents" view. These include:
- AOC filter,
- Excluded AOC filter,
- Crew labels filter,
- Aircraft filter,
- A column for travel document notes
OPS
- Added display of the default AOC in the tooltip when hovering over aircraft registration in the Table, Calendar, and Timeline views.
- A new field, “UK Airspace time,” has been added to the Journey Log.
Report Wizard
- Added the operator's name next to the aircraft registration in the aircraft filter.
- Introduced the ability to define filters modifiable from the read-only report view. This feature enables advanced logic reports that users can further filter according to pre-set criteria, reducing the need to duplicate reports.
Sales
- When sending a contract from the RFQ view, users can now choose which sectors should be visible on the document.
- Introduced the ability to issue invoices using different issuer entities, each with its own unique numbering scheme. This feature can be configured in the General Settings under the Sales Module tab.
Sched
- It is now possible to define PRBD per leg. Previously, PRBD was only a characteristic of the aircraft.
In addition to the features mentioned above, changes have been made to Leon API, which can be reviewed in the provided changelog.
