Leon 90 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

SALES

  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - It is possible to close a pop-up window by pressing the 'ESC' key on the keyboard
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - Hovering the mouse over the departure/arrival times in the quote's edition panel will show UTC times as well as the LT of the logged-in User's home base (office)
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - An option of including empty legs in the 'Charter Agreement' will be introduced. In the quote's edition window, after clicking 'CONTRACT', it is possible to mark empty legs that should be included in the document. It is not possible to de-select the flights with PAX
  • FEES - to make adding new airports & fees easier, a button 'ADD ITEM' has been moved to the top of the 'Airport Fees' section
  • FEES - a new fee 'Airport Extension Fee' has been added to section 'Airport Fees' of the 'FEES' panel. The fee shows the cost for take-off or landing outside airport opening hours. Units are not calculated automatically and need to be inserted manually
  • BOOKINGS - an indication (S) will show next to the aircraft registration number for 'Subcharter' flights. Leon will also show 'Subcharter' if you hover the mouse over the tails' registration number
  • BOOKINGS - it is possible to create a 'Reservation' from this panel ('ADD RESERVATION' button) as well as view all 'Reservations' assigned to a specific Client
  • BOOKINGS - option 'Show' added in the 'FILTER'. This option allows displaying only 'Subcharters', only 'Own Fleet' or both 'Subcharters & Own Fleet

OPS

  • NEW TRIP - Calculating flight times by 'RouteFinder' added. More information here
  • FILTERING - Possibility of filtering by more than 1 'Tag' introduced (left filter > tab 'MORE')
  • CALENDAR - 'Day note' in the 'CALENDAR' view will now show the beginning of its content on the yellow belt. Hovering the mouse over the 'Day note' label will display a tooltip with the full content inserted
  • JOURNEY LOG - 'Traffic load' element added to the optional Journey Log items. The item can be used to insert the total cargo weight (PAX mass plus bags) and the unit is taken from the 'Cargo Unit' in the Fleet settings. The item is available in the 'Report Wizard' > scope 'Flight'
  • TAB 'CREW' - it is now possible to select the 'National ID' in the 'TRAVEL DOCUMENT' section. More information here

CREW PLANNING

  • CREW PLANNING - 'AOC' column has been added to the 'ADD POSITIONING' window which allows selecting the FTL rules on the positioning. It is also possible to switch the 'AOC' to 'None' if the duty should not be included in FTL calculations
  • CREW CALENDAR - days will now also show an indication of day name: M, T, W, T, F, S, S
  • CREW TIMELINE - tags added to 'SIM' duty will show at the bottom of the page (bottom bar)
  • CREW TIMELINE - It is possible to decide whether crew added to Training & Line Check should be included in minimum crew. More information here
  • CREW CURRENCY - 'X days currency - X take-offs and landings (type independent)' currency has been added. This currency will calculate the number of take-offs and landings regardless of the type of the aircraft

CREW APP

  • If 'CTOT' & 'ETD' are inserted in the 'Flight Watch' they will appear in the 'FLIGHT' tab in the 'Crew App'

OTHER

  • SALES > CALENDAR - old Sales > Calendar will be permanently switched off for all the Clients on the 1st September 2021. As of this date, we will stop supporting Sales > Calendar functionality
  • REPORT WIZARD - following columns have been added to scope 'Invoices': 'Quote VAT', 'Quote VAT rate (%)', 'Registration', 'Created on', 'Updated on'
  • REPORT WIZARD - following columns have been added to scope 'Hotel Booking': 'Start date time [UTC/BT/LT]' and 'End date time [UTC/BT/LT]'
  • TRAVEL DOCUMENT - following labels will appear by the PAX and CREW 'Travel Document' selected on a flight: 'PPT' for Passport and 'ID' for the National ID
  • OWNER BOARD - Initial version of the 'Owner Board' introduced. More information here
  • 'OPPORTUNITY' RESERVATION - it is now possible to create the Reservation with the 'Opportunity' type. More information here
