Leon 89 release

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

SALES

• REQUESTS/QUOTES - a new field has been added in the Notes section called 'Aircraft'. The 'Aircraft' notes apply to a selected request and can be displayed in the sales documents
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - checkbox 'Add positionings automatically' will be remembered by Leon. No need to check/uncheck it with every new quotation
• BOOKINGS - Flight Brief can be sent for the particular flight from the 'Schedule' section. Right-click the mouse on the trip and select the 'SEND FLIGHT BRIEF' option
• BOOKINGS - tooltip from the Sales checklist can be viewed when hovering the mouse over the red checklist dot on a particular request

OPS

• OPS TABLE - a new warning 'Aircraft PAX capacity' will be shown when the PAX number will be greater than the aircraft's capacity. The option is available in the 3-dot filter > 'Warnings'
• OPS TABLE - the 'Flight Time' field will be moved from the 'Fuel' checklist item to the 'FLIGHT' tab. 'Flight Time' will be calculated based on STD, STA, and the relevant Taxi times of airports. 'Flight time' can be used in the Documents Manager
• OPS TABLE - sending a fuel request from the 'FUEL' tab will automatically change the 'Fuel' item status in the OPS checklist to 'Requested'
• OPS CALENDAR - Holidays indicated in the 'Duties setup' section will be highlighted in green

CREW PLANNING

• CREW CALENDAR - while grouping by 'Aircraft', after hovering the mouse over the airport code by the aircraft registration, the tooltip will appear with the airport details
• CREW CALENDAR - when adding a duty on the aircraft, selecting the specific position in the 'Function' dropdown will automatically select this rating on the flights in the 'Auto-roster' section

OTHER

• NEW PHONEBOOK - filter option will be added, which will allow filtering all contacts or animals only
• USER EDIT - New 'Address' field will be available in the quick user edit window
• FLEET - in the 'Aircraft Performance' section a new field 'Cruise flight level' will be added to the 'Advanced Calculation Model'. Data will be used to calculate flight time with winds and in calculation via the 'RouteFinder'
• TLS UPDATE - TLS below 1.2 will be not supported from the 15th of July
