Leon 84 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please writean e-mail to

SALES

• REQUESTS/QUOTES - new document type called 'Trip Confirmation' has been added. The 'Trip Confirmation' document is available under the status 'BOOK' and should be used as a confirmation of the trip
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - feasibility check icon is available by the 'SEND' button in the 'QUOTE' email/status pop-up window. The icon suggests that there are unresolved issues with the selected quotations
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - upon assigning an assignee to a quote, his 'Base' will get assigned automatically

OPS

• CREW TAB - improvement in crew selection dropdown. The dropdown is now divided into 3 sections: Crew 'ASSIGNED TO AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION' (preferred crew indicated in the 'Crew' tab of an aircraft in the 'Settings' > 'Fleet' section ), crew 'In ADEP' and crew 'OUT OF ADEP'

CREW PLANNING

• CREW CALENDAR - it is now possible to assign provisionally crew to a flight. More information here
• CREW CALENDAR - sort the crew by the highest rank, if the view is grouped by aircraft, has been implemented. The option is available under the 3-dot filter
• REPORTS - the new report called 'Crew Roster and Duties' is now available in the REPORTS > CREW section. More information here

REPORT WIZARD

• SCOPE 'PAX FLIGHT' - following filtering options have been added: 'Tags include', 'Tags exclude'
• SCOPE 'PAX FLIGHT' - following columns have been added: 'Tags', 'Trip number'
• SCOPE 'FLIGHT' - 'Excluded client' filtering option added. This option will allow excluding a particular client(s) from the report
• SCOPE 'CREW ROSTER' - additional filtering options introduced: 'Freelancers' with options 'Yes' (only Freelancers displayed in the report) and option 'No' (non-Freelancers displayed)
• Column summaries are now implemented in the long-term reports (over 92 days)

OTHER

• USERS - it is now possible to export user list to excel file from the main 'Users' page
• EMAIL TEMPLATES - the number of available characters in the CC and BCC email fields has been increased
• PRIVILEGES - an additional group of privileges called 'Leon Support' along with additional user (leonsupport) is added o each operator. This is to clearly indicate when Leon Support user logged in to Operator's account
