Leon 83 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

OPS

• TIMELINE - an indication of ground/taxi times is added to the Flight Watch tile and marked with the brown colour underline. These are the times between BLOFF and T/O, & LDG and BLON
• AIRPORT DIRECTORY - 'PPR' checkbox has been added. This checkbox is connected to the 'PPR' OPS checklist item status and will affect it depending on whether it is ticked (appears in the checklist) or unticked
• FUEL TAB - prices calculated based on fuel file and taxes file will be highlighted with blue font

SALES

• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it is now possible to select the default email for sending the 'INVOICES'. Default email can be inserted in 'SETTINGS' > 'GENERAL SETTINGS' > 'SALES' tab, and will prioritise the Client/Representative email when sending an email with an invoice
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - for the requests downloaded from Avinode, apart from inserting the 'Requester', Leon will also insert the 'Representative' if such is available
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it is now possible to add discounts from the 'Add new fee' dropdown in the request edit section. The discount calculation is based on the default pricelist assigned to an aircraft. If no discount is selected within the default pricelist, the value needs to be inserted manually
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - calculation of flight times based on the 'ADVANCED' aircraft performance model will now include winds

CREW PLANNING

• CREW CALENDAR - 'ACTIVITY DETAILS' window will now display all the activities taking place during the selected day
• CREW CALENDAR - we have amended the layout of the excel file to which the Calendar is exported. More information here
• CREW CALENDAR - it is now possible to filter the crew by 'User Base'. More information here
• CREW CALENDAR - hovering the mouse over the crew labels will display all the labels assigned to the crew
• CREW TIMELINE - it is now possible to indicate 'Line Check'/'Line Training' flight for a User. More information here

REPORT WIZARD

• SCOPE 'FLIGHT' - following filtering options have been added: 'AOC' (filtering by applied AOC), 'ADEP Category', 'ADES Category' and 'Airport Category'
• SCOPE 'FLIGHT AGGREGATED STATISTICS' - 2 additional options added to 'Group by' dropdown: 'PAX Gender' and 'PAX Nationality'

MOVEMENT EMAIL

• Leon now accepts movement emails sent in the following formats: 'Satcom Direct' and the service 'MyGDC' from Honeywell. More information here

USER PROFILE

• Two additional fields have been added to the User profile: 'Start of employment' and 'End of employment'

OWNER APP

• It is now possible to download the Invoice as well as other documents for a specific request
• We have added a possibility to select the date range within the app. The date range can be selected by using the calendar embedded in the main screen
