Leon 61 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

• SCHED - new features available. More information here
• LEON MOBILE APP - new options have been implemented. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - new features introduced. More information here
• REPORTS - we have introduced a new report called SAFE-FAST. More information here
• REPORT WIZARD - we have added new options: 1) new available data in 'EDIT TEMPLATE' located under reports.date.from/to and allowing to display date range in the report; 2) new filters available in the scope 'Flights Aggregated Statistics': 'Landings number' and 'Approach'; 3) new columns in the scope 'Invoices': 'Trip number', 'Representative', 'Invoice PDF' and 'Flight numbers'; 4) new columns in the scope 'Flight': 'APU Fuel Burn' in KG, LBS, L and US GAL, 'Date ADEP [JL][LT]' and 'Date ADES [JL][LT]'
• CREW PANEL - we have added an option to add a duty in rotation on selected days of the week. This will allow creating duty roster for a given period of time on selected days only
• DUTIES SETUP - we have added 'Submit duty request in BT' checkbox in 'Duties setup' section which will allow requesting duties in Base Time in Mobile App
• RESERVATIONS - it is now possible to create a reservation without assigning an aircraft
• PAX - a label 'Animal' will show in a tab PAX under the name when adding an animal to the flight
• FLIGHT EDITING - we applied following changes: 1) 'Fuel density (JET A-1)[kg/L]' and 'Fuel density (AVGAS)[kg/L]' fields have been added to 'Journey Log Items' section. This will allow inserting default fuel density values per operator; 2) 'Journey Log Items' sorted alphabetically; 3) New field available - 'APU fuel burn'. We also added the columns 'APU fuel burn [JL][unit]' to the Report Wizard, scope 'Flight'; 4) 'Enable instructors to count toward augmented crew, which will include 'INS' rating in augmented crew calculations
• DOCUMENTS MANAGER - we added the following Available Data: 1) 'TAH' and 'TAC' added to Flight Order and located under trip.flights.journeyLog.tah/tac; 2) Checklist item status ans statusCaption added to Flight Order and PAX/Crew Tripsheet and located under flights.checklist.itemName.status/statusCaption
• CARGO - LM (LoadMaster) position is included as a part of Cabin Crew on Cargo flights
