Leon 144 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

OPS

• JL - new field 'Adults' will be added where the number of adults on board can be inserted. This field can be available to activate in the Admin Panel > Flight Editing > Journey Log Items section. Additionally, 2 columns related to this item will be available in the Report Wizard > scope Flight: 'Adults [JL]' and 'Adults [Plan]'
• JL - two new options will be added: 'SAF used' (checkbox) and 'SAF Fuel Blend %'. These two fields will be available to activate in the Admin Panel > Flight Editing > Journey Log Items section. These two items will be available in the Report Wizard > scope Flight: 'SAF used [JL]' - column and the filter, and 'SAF Fuel Blend [JL]' - column. Additionally, column 'SAF fuel blend [JL][AVG]' representing the average value will be added to the scope 'Flight aggregated statistics'

SALES

• PASSENGER TAX - Passenger Aviation Taxes will be recalculated based on the changes in the itinerary and the number of PAX
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it will be possible to select the trip type for the booked trip at the stage of creating the quote. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it will be possible to insert negative values in the Custom fees ('Other fee') in the quote
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it will be possible to delete existing tags. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - status of the requests manually downloaded from Avinode using the 'DOWNLOAD REQUEST FROM AVINODE' button will reflect the status of the request in Avinode

CREW

• CREW TIMELINE - 'Sort by trip' functionality will be introduced. This option will be available upon clicking with the right click on the mouse on a flight in the Crew part of the Timeline. It will sort the crew based on the assignment to the trip which the flight is being part of

CREW APP

• Files attached to Positioning will be available to preview/download in the Crew App
• 'PAX Tripsheet' type document will be available to preview/download in the Crew App

REPORT WIZARD

• A new predefined date range called 'Next month' will be available. The 'Next month' option will contain the period from the 1st to the last calendar day of the month following the month in which the report is generated, e.g report generated on 15 July will contain the data for August
• Additional columns will be added to the scope 'Flight': 'Male [Plan]', 'Female [Plan]', 'Infants [Plan]', 'Children [Plan]'

OTHER

• USERS - column 'Users' will be split into two separate columns: 'Name' and 'Surname'. This will allow sorting users either by Name or Surname by clicking on the header of the chosen column
• CHECKLIST CONFIGURATION - it will be possible to select the order of subsections in the OPS Checklist. More information here
• API - crew list information will be added to the FlightSupportFlight object called FlightSupportCrewMember. It will contain the details of the crew assigned to the flights
• ADD-ONS - it will be possible to disconnect Leon integrations developed by the third parties
