Leon 128 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

SALES

SUBCHARTER - possibility to choose various currencies for RFQ price, operator price, and third-party commission will be implemented. Previously, all fields dispalyed were linked to one currency, after the update each price can be calculated according to chosen currency
AVINODE - a modification of RFQ rejected or cancelled in Leon has been implemented. If a Rerun Search of the same request but different aircraft is performed by a client from Avinode, the status of this request will change back to NEW in Leon. Avinode status of this request will appear as unanswered
PHONEBOOK - new tab INVOICES will be added with the possibility to view all invoices issued to the client or company account
PHONEBOOK - new PAYMENT section will be added to COMPANY accounts under DETAILS tab with option to choose the Currency, Payment Method, and Conditions. It will be possible to add these details to sales documents

OPS

PAX TAB - history of changes to the Passenger list will be implemented
OPS CHECKLIST - new default trip item called 'Sanctions list' will be added. The item is directly connected to the integration with the PAXFiles system. More information here
OPS CHECKLIST - new trip item called PNL will be added. Clicking the SEND button will export the PNL list to the DCS/PSS systems. Once it is sent, the item's status will switch to green SENT automatically. Changes in the PAX list will revert the status back to red
OPS VIEW - last published TAF weather information report will now be available on all listed flights
JOURNEY LOG - new items called "Congested Area", "Route & area competency briefed", Tire pressure check performed", and "Oil refilled" will be added to the optional JL fields. The items will also be available in the Report Wizard
FW - REGCAUSE field will now be populated with the alphanumeric code of Regulation Location Category and IATA Delay Code from the Eurocontrol Regulation Reason API

CREW

CREW - possibility to search crew members by using labels in OPS>Crew Tab and Crew Calendar when adding or editing duties will be implemented
CREW CURRENCY - Single Pilot Instrument Approaches and Multi Pilot IFR sectors currencies will be added to the currency setup section

Hold Item List - Extension Due Date column will be added to the overall view of HIL list

REPORT WIZARD

FTL Duty scope - new filter allowing to select duties with FDP violation will be added
Edit excel template option will be implemented allowing to customize the excel formats of the reports
