Leon 126 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

SALES

• SUBCHARTER - there will be a new field in the BASIC tab of subcharter quote allowing to add the Aircraft owner

OPS

• PAX PROFILE - it will be possible to mark passengers as ‘Restricted For Flying’ in their profile. If such a passenger is added to the flight, it will activate an additional checklist item (PAX restricted) reminding operators to verify, whether the passenger can be boarded or not
• OPS VIEW - the timezone of the airport will be indicated in the tooltip when hovering the mouse over the airport code
• OPS VIEW - time zone selector (UTC / LT / BT) will be moved from the 3 dots section to the main taskbar (next to the date change arrows). BASE TIME will also show the name of the City that is referring to and the time difference to UTC
• PPS INTEGRATION - it will be possible to send schedules with flight options to PPS
• PPS INTEGRATION - the status of checklist item PPS CFMU will be automatically adjusted after the Flight Plan in PPS is filed

CREW

• CREW APP - it will be possible to acknowledge positioning flights and simulator sessions when receiving push notifications
• CREW CURRENCY - currency calculations will differentiate whether the flight is according to IFR or VFR rules
• DUTIES – an additional checkbox 'Clock In & Out' will be added in the duty definition window (section DUTIES SETUP). More information here

PHONEBOOK

• PAX / CLIENT PROFILE - there will be also included subcharter flights bought by the client in the tab FLIGHTS
• CONTACT LIST - it will be possible to filter contacts by Category

MX

• SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE – it will be possible to see the history of changes by clicking on the clock icon either in the 'Actions' column in the main view or in the 'Scheduled Maintenance' edit window
• CAM LIMITS - 'Next maintenance due' functionality will be introduced. More information here

SCHED

• SCHED - 'Scheduled Maintenance' and 'Reservations' will be displayed in the 'Sched' calendar view
• SCHED - it will be possible to add 'Code Share' information for each leg while creating or modifying schedules in 'Sched' calendar view. Added codes will be included in SSIM, ASM, and SSM messages

OTHER

• FUEL SUPPLIERS - It will be possible to select default Fuel Suppliers in the 'Fuel Prices' section. More information here
• LEON ACCOUNT - there will be added SECURITY INCIDENT CONTACT tab where the operators will be able to insert the contact details of a designated person
• DOCUMENTS MANAGER - it will be possible to see the document’s history of changes and retrieve the previous versions. More information here
• PRIVILEGES - 'OPS-SHOW CREW' option will be introduced. It will allow restricting access to the SHOW CREW option in the 'OPS' views
