Leon 125 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

CREW

• Crew pilot notes will now appear on the Work Schedule report

OPS

• A new checkbox will be added to the Journey Log section called 'Confirmation of data correctness'. The checkbox can be also marked by Captains via the mobile app. Information will be available in Report Wizard scope Flight
• 'Take off fuel' & 'Landing fuel' will be added to the optional Journey Log items. An additional 'Trip Fuel' section will also appear in FUEL checklist item. All items will be available in the Report Wizard, scope Flight
• 'REGCAUSE' field will be added to Flight Watch. The name follows the nomenclature from Eurocontrol
• 'Customer Service Assignee' field, i.e. the point of contact for client or passengers will be added to tab TRIP. By default, it will be the same person as Sales Assignee. The field will also be available in the filter
• Possibility to define default commercial trip types used by the operator will now be possible to configure in Flight Editing section

SALES

• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it will now be possible to create 'Fixed Routes' for pricing. More information here
• Departure and Arrival hours of the individual sectors of the trip will be shown in the 'Itinerary' column in the RFQ list
• 'Daily Fee' will be added to the 'Aircraft Fees' section. The calculation will be based on each day of the trip with and without flights

PHONEBOOK

• Possibility to quickly assign Company contacts will be added under PERSONS tab

REPORT WIZARD

• An option to view only reports in RW will be implemented. The restriction to edit reports can be set up in the Privileges section

OTHER

• FLEET - option to add 'Flight time annual target' and 'Flight time monthly target' will be added to the 'SALES' tab in aircraft details. The format allowed in these fields will be 'HHHH:mm'. Additionally, the data will be available in Report Wizard scope Flight
• DOCUMENTS MANAGER - when creating document templates in Documents Manager, it will now be possibility to define either PDF or EXCEL format of the template. The PDF will be the default format
• In Manage Leon Account section, an option to enter Security Incident Contact details will be available
• HIL - a new interface of Hold Item List section will be implemented. More information here
