Leon 158 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

OPS

SHOW TRIP HISTORY - changes of PIC on the flights will be included in the 'SHOW TRIP HISTORY' list

CREW

CREW TIMELINE - changes to the booked and required hotel indications will be introduced. More information here
CREW TIMELINE - the 'Crew Completeness' option will be added to the 3-dot filter. It will allow selecting the crew group - cockpit, cabin, or maintenance - for the crew completeness overview purposes
POSITIONING - 'To rebook' field will be available in the 'EDIT POSITIONING' window > 'MISC' tab. This field indicates whether the positioning is to be rebooked. Marking this checkbox will exclude the Positioning from the FTL calculations. Additionally, the 'To rebook' column and the 'Is rebook: Yes/No' filter will be added to the Report Wizard > scope 'Positioning'

SALES

REQUESTS/QUOTES - 'US Segment Tax' calculations will be introduced. More information here
FEES - it will be possible to rename the elements of the Airport Fees. More information here

ADMIN

SETTINGS - the 'Allow not completed JL to be entered' setting will be moved from the 'Flight Editing' section to the 'Journey Log' > 'Additional Settings' section
DUTY SETUP - it will be possible to define the default duty times based on sunset and sunrise. More information here

CREW APP

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS - it will be possible to send push notifications for the checklist items. More information here
'SCHEDULE' VIEW - it will be possible to allow previewing and editing of the Journey Log and Flight Watch tabs by the users not assigned to the previewed flight. This will be subject to the following privileges set to VIEW/EDIT: Crew App - Schedule, Crew App - JL, and Crew App - MVT/FW

REPORT WIZARD

SCOPE 'FLIGHT' - the following columns will be added: 'Last modified by [JL]' and 'Last modified date [JL][UTC]'. The columns will indicate the last person to make the changes to the Journey Log and the time and date in UTC of the changes made
SCHEDULE REPORT - it will be possible to select the formats of the attached report in the 'Schedule Report' setup window

HIL - 'ADD NEW HIL' and 'EDIT HIL' pop-up windows will have a new refreshed look
HIL - two new fields will be added to the 'ADD NEW HIL' and 'EDIT HIL' pop-up windows: 'Due TAH' and 'Due TAC'. Once the values are filled in, they will appear in the main HIL overview in the 'Limit' column. Additionally, the 'TAH limit' and 'TAC limit' columns will be added to the Report Wizard > scope 'HIL'

Apart from the above-mentioned features, we have also made changes to Leon API which can be reviewed under this changelog link
