Leon 122 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via Customer Portal

SALES

• SUBCHARTER - a new way of creating subcharter flights will be introduced. More information here.
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - an improvement in updating quote based on the trip change will be implemented. More information here.
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - 'Ops & Crew' tab will show an aircraft registration assigned to flights in the 'OPS' module
• SUBCHARTER - a possibility to define a default 'Sales checklist' items for subcharter flights will be added. The option will be available in the 'General Settings' > 'Sales Module' section
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - Leon will show the last offered quote price and the booked price in the quote's edition section

OPS

• TRIP HISTORY - 'Show Trip History' panel will now also include changes of the 'Trip type' & 'Commercial' flag (both in the tab 'TRIP')
• CHECKLIST - sending the GAR e-mail will update the status of the corresponding checklist items to 'Sent'
• RESERVATION - checking the history of 'Reservation' changes will be possible in the OPS Calendar and Timeline views (after editing the 'Reservation' and clicking the clock-icon in top-right corner)
• OPS CALENDAR - a left-hand filter will be moved to the panel 'FILTER' (next to 'AIRCRAFT' section)
• FLIGHT WATCH - new fields for TOBT, TAXITIME, REGUL+ and TTO will be added to the FW section

CREW

• CREW CALENDAR - a possibility to see the note's content in a tooltip, after hovering the mouse over the note icon in 'Crew Calendar' will be added
• ASSIGNING CREW - when assigning crew to the trip, Leon will also show crew labels

PHONEBOOK

• PAX PROFILE - a possibility to quickly add new PAX when the search engine does not provide results for a particular passenger will be added

REPORT WIZARD

• We will add a new filtering option: 'Assignee' to the 'Invoices & Credit Note's scope

OTHER

• FLIGHT NOTIFICATIONS - CTOT and ETD notfications will show as 2 separate checkboxes
• HANDLING REQUESTS - A possibility to configure Handling Requests for bases/offices (defined in 'General Settings') in the panel 'Settings' > 'Handling requests'
• CREW/PAX EDIT - In the Pax and Crew editing windows, the 'Nationality' field will also search by 3 letter country codes, not just country names
• USER PROFILE - Additional email fields 'Notifications' will be added to the user's 'Full Profile' for sending flight notifications only
• USER PROFILE - A possibility to upload a file with the user's signature to the user profile will be added. This file can be used in 'Email Templates' & 'Documents Manager' panels
