Technical Support Engineer

Warsaw, Poland

We are currently looking for a software developer, who will join our Technical Customer Support team.


Responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Analysing technical requests and fixing issues in the code
  • Analysing the database and queries with a focus on code verification and optimisation
  • Providing clients with custom development
  • Supporting the client base with development of API integrations and extending our API with additional features

A perfect candidate should have:

  • knowledge of PHP
  • knowledge of MySQL
  • knowledge of JS

An advantage would be:

  • knowledge of Twig
