• REPORT WIZARD - we have introduced extra features. More information here
• FTL CALCULATIONS - FTL Calculations are now available on Options and Opportunities. The calculations only apply to selected Option/Opportunities and taking into consideration confirmed flights and duties only. No other Option/Opportunities are included in the calculations. Calculations on confirmed flights do not include any Options in the calculations
• CREW PANEL - Changes History now includes Positioning
• DOCUMENTS MANAGER - new items added in 'Available Data': Crew Trip Sheet > ACFTTypeData (IATA,ICAO,manufacturer, name, typeName), ADEP/ADES Slot (comment, slot, slotLT, status); Flight Quotation > yearOfProduction and quoteRequest.ID; Custom Document > satellitePhoneNumber
• REFUELING - it is possible now to add fuel quantity in the format XXXX.YY (i.e. 4250.50 or 3450.75)
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - we have implemented new German Aviation Tax rates effective from April 2020 (EUR 13.03 for Class 1, EUR 33.01 for Class 2, EUR 59.43 for Class 3)
• OPS - following features have been introduced: 1. hovering the mouse over the green tick in the 'Q' column will now display in a tooltip the details of the request added in 'Requests/Quotes' section; 2. new approaches have been added in the JL tab - 'Approach' dropdown. Approaches are grouped according to the frequency of use
• EMAIL TEMPLATES - Trip Number added to Available Data in TripSheet. The item is located under flights.trip.tripNumber
• PRIVILEGES - it is now possible to search by User. Inserting User Name in the Search box will display the group to which User is assigned
• REPORTS - 'Crew Block Time' report now includes the flights with partial Journey Log
• MOBILE APP - new features introduced and will be available in the new version of Mobile App: 1. 'Manual' tile added to the main view. 'Manual' contains documents uploaded in Privileges > Manuals tab. Documents available in the 'Manuals' ca be downloaded; 2. FDP extension, if used, is now marked in the 'FTL' section as 'FDP Extension: yes/no'; 3. JL in can only be edited, subject to privileges, by a cockpit crewmember assigned to the flight
• FTL SHEET - we have simplified the Cumulative Duty tooltip to display more accurate data. The tooltip is displayed when hovering the mouse over the Cumulative Duty figure
• FTL CALCULATIONS - We are planning to simplify the FTL calculations so that FDP extensions and rest reductions will not be applied automatically, but you will be able to enable them manually, whenever needed.
