Leon 176 released

We have recently initiated the deployment of a new version of Leon. Over the next coming days, customers will gradually transition to the updated version. If you encounter any functions that are not working as expected, please notify us via the Customer Portal.

Features

Admin

• Leon will attempt to automatically resume mailbox operations after a suspension caused by errors.

Airport Directory

• More accurate information about airport time zones.

Crew Planning

• Headers for days off in the Crew Timeline view will now be marked with a green background.

Crew Training

• Certificates can be configured to be required based on whether the crew member is trained.

FlightWatch

• Added a new field, Next Information (NI).
• When modifying the Flight Time field, the block time will automatically adjust to maintain taxi times.

ForeFlight

• Added the ability to send Opportunity trips to ForeFlight, allowing trips to be checked for feasibility at the sales stage.
• Automatic flight time updates from ForeFlight must now be manually approved by the user.

OPS

• Added new fields to the Journey Log: Active Nav Log Signed and Completed.
• Ferry flights can now be excluded from the automatic sending of ASM/SSM messages, improving PSS system integration.
• It will be possible to copy data from planned schedule to JL.

Sales

• RFQ list can now be easily filtered by clicking on color bar, improving the search for duplicate RFQs.
• The ability to book Opportunity trips from the Sales module into OPS has been added to facilitate trip feasibility checks.
• Leon will remember the last selected tab in the RFQ edit view, with a focus on the Summary, Calendar, and Messages tabs.
• Specific clients can be excluded from tax calculations.

Sched

• Unconfirmed flights will be striped in the same manner as in the OPS view.
