Leon 113 released

We have recently initiated the deployment of a new version of Leon. Over the next coming days, customers will gradually transition to the updated version. If you encounter any functions that are not working as expected, please notify us via the Customer Portal.

SALES

• It will be possible to change selected airport fees during quote preparation. After such change, the price will be recalculated automatically
• A possibility to set other than default airport and aircraft fees, as well as quoting method for selected customers, will be added to the Fleet Settings
• Filtering by quote assignee and flight type will be added to Sales -> Bookings view
• Ferry flights will be marked with lighter grey colour in calendar view of the quote
• It will be possible to issue and send pro forma invoice for the quote. The counters for the invoice and pro forma invoice numbers will be separated
• Flight Watch data on subcharter flights will be filled automatically by Eurocontrol add-on (if enabled)

OPS

• Changes history of checklist items will also show the history of files uploaded to the item
• Aircraft's Serial Number, Sat Phone and SELCAL code will be added to the aircraft tooltip in OPS Timeline and MX -> Fleet
• New way of moving legs to another trips will be introduced. "Search trip" text box will be replaced with a button, opening a new pop-up where the action will be possible
• "Crew Tripsheet Sent" item will be added to OPS checklist, with a "Send" button, to send the document directly from there. Once the document is sent from the checklist, the status of the item will be automatically changed to "Sent"
• It will be possible to use complete ATC FPL to get country list in Overflight Permits

CREW

• Possibility to add duties based on Work Plans will be added to the Crew Calendar. More information here
• It will be possible to approve FTL violation. More information here
• "Today" button in Crew Calendar will set the present date as the first day in the view, and show the consecutive 30 days
• IT will be possible to define crew endorsement as never expiring

REPORT WIZARD

• Filtering by trip type and tag will be added to "Flight aggregated statistics" scope

OTHER

• MVT messages will be sent both to "work email" and "work email 2" set in the customer's contact
